If there is an issue with your service or you need to return or exchange an item, please call our toll-free number at 888-359-7289 and we will help find a quick and easy resolution for you. If you are not satisfied with any products or your experience, we will make it right. Tread Connection aims to please all our customers, and rest assured that you will be taken care of.
Merchandise like tires and wheels are often covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. These warranties are usually extended to the retail customer. Tread Connection is happy to assist customers in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Refunds or Exchanges
You can return items at any of our Tread Connection franchise locations assuming that the following conditions are met.
- Tires and wheels can only be returned or exchanged within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be dependent on the use and wear of the item.
- Refunds and exchanges will be decided on a case-by-case basis by the franchise owner of each location.
- If an item is exchanged for another, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the returned item.
- We will always do our best to take care of the customer, but occasionally, an item will not be able to be returned.
Tread Connection and its affiliates/franchisees will not ship products to customers’ homes through U.S. Mail or other delivery services except in rare circumstances. Tread Connection and its affiliates/franchisees focus their business on provided high-quality customer services at the customer’s location. In other words, Tread Connection and its affiliates/franchisees will bring the tires/wheels to the customer’s location and install them at his/her home. Tread Connection aims to please all our customers, and rest assured that you will be taken care of.
